Amount Paid is on refundable UNLESS order is cancelled or not delivered as committed..
Total development time is a maximum of 30days after customer data is provided and payment is done. After 30days a 15days period is considered as a testing period for the website and any reported errors are sorted during that period.

ONSITE Support Package

Customer has to ensure that the device is made available to the Engineer.
Hardware issue will only be recognized.
For Repair or replace of the hardware parts the customer has to visit the authorized service center of the device manufacturers.
Amount Paid is on refundable.
Visit is within 72hrs of booking support. Date shall be co-ordinated with the customer over call.
ONLY ONE VISIT PER SUPPORT REQUEST RAISED. REVISIT SHALL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL BOOKING OF SUPPORT AND PAYMENT ONLINE.
We shall call you before visit to define the course and scope of work based on your issues, in certain cases you may be required to visit our office.
The address of nearest office shall be provided to you. Any amount difference of migrating between onsite support package to Our office support package shall be either refunded or charged extra as per plans selected.
